Support bank

One thing that often worries people is that once they have a website “they are on their own”, not so with Simple Websites. We build a bank of support time into your monthly fee so that you can get support when you need it (within office hours and within 8 working hours). We call it Support Bank.

Support Bank consists of 4 hours pre-paid support that can be ‘drawn’ on as required. This can be used for help over the telephone, or for us to make updates, or changes to your web site. Time is deducted on an actual time basis so you are only deducted what you use (no minimum time charges here!).

Support bank hours are valid for a 12 month period and cannot be carried over. If you find you require a lot of help and use up your allocated support bank hours you can purchase additional blocks of hours at £50 per hour. Your Support Bank is automatically topped back up on the anniversary of your contract.
